INTERIOR DESIGNERS / PROJECT EXECUTIVES / COORDINATORS

Job Description

  • Great listener, understand clients’ requirements and needs, to achieve clients’ objectives
  • Propose best layout design and space planning, provide solutions and options for problem solving
  • Communicate effectively with clients/vendors/suppliers/subcontractors with the workflow
  • Oversee the installation of materials, furniture and other design elements
  • Ensure all works to be done always meet timeline and QC all products delivered
  • Ensure client satisfaction by visiting the project site upon completion with client, resolves any complaints or concerns
  • Prepare quotation and check vendors/suppliers/subcontractors payments are tally
  • Perform other related duties assigned

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma/degree in interior design
  • Diploma/degree in related field
  • Other professional certificates in related field
  • Knowledge in CAD/3D MAX/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/MS Office
  • At least one year of experience preferred
  • Non-experience with related knowledge/qualifications may apply
